“Duluth is my hometown. Over the years, I have visited many of our community’s libraries: as a child, student, educator, and an adult–enjoying the books, media, services, and programs.
“The old Carnegie Library was my high school reference library. Today, the electricity of the library is energizing as it bustles with activity, changing and expanding with the technology and the times.
“For me, having volunteered for the library since the 1980’s, putting a gift in my will to the Foundation felt like a logical step–to give back. Now in retirement and considering my options, the Legacy Circle allows me to notify the Foundation of my pending gift, which will then help perpetuate continued library service to our community.
“Libraries do enrich our community and are essential.”
