Books & Baseball Day

Save the Date. Bring the whole family to Wade Stadium for the Duluth Huskies game.
Kids will enjoy storytime with Huskies players before the game, activities hosted by the Children’s Museum, and coloring with the Duluth Library Foundation. Stick around after the game and join local high school and Huskies players on the field for a friendly game of wiffle ball.
Children ages 12 and younger will receive a free copy of the book Batter Up! written by special guest Kurtis Scaletta, while supplies last. Scaletta is a Minnesota-based award-winning author of several books for young readers including Mudville and the Topps League Storys Series. Children will get the chance to meet Kurtis and have their books signed.
Attendance requires a ticket to the Huskies game. Kids 5 and under are free!

2:00 p.m. Activities hosted by the Children’s Museum and Duluth Library Foundation
3:05 p.m. Duluth Huskies game begins!
